What TruePay does
TruePay helps businesses find and set up payment services, including card processing, digital wallets, ACH, buy now, pay later, crypto acceptance, point of sale systems and gift card programs.
TruePay is not a bank and does not hold or move your funds. Payment services are provided by our partner banks, processors and providers under their own merchant agreements, which you sign directly with them. Those agreements govern your pricing, funding, reserves and account terms.
Applications and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Each partner decides whether to approve your business and on what terms, based on its own underwriting. Partners may require reserves, limits, documents or other conditions.
You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information, and to tell us if it changes. You authorize us to share your application with processing partners so they can evaluate your business, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pricing estimates and demos
The savings calculator and any rates shown on the site are estimates for illustration only. Your actual pricing is set in your merchant agreement. The checkout demo shows what a TruePay checkout may look like and does not process real payments.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false information or apply on behalf of a business without authority.
- Use the site for any business or activity that is illegal where you operate.

Partner program
Signing up through the partner page is a request to join our referral program. It does not create a partnership, agency or right to commissions. Referral fees and residuals are paid only under a separate written agreement signed by TruePay.
